The use of mobile communication is increasingly widespread. Core institutions like airports, car traffic control systems, military applications and emergency services (hospital, police) have evolved their own communication structure on mobile networks; more than this, the use of mobile handsetsis now a standard in everyone’s common life. Thousands of telecom sites make it possible, receiving, transmitting and managing all the communications through a continuously growing net structure. The network reliability is therefore fundamental to ensure user satisfaction and telecom operator image and revenue. Despite of the heat load generated by the electronics, the correct temperature has to be provided to guarantee long life and efficient operation of telecommunications racks in each site of the network, wherever the site is, whatever the data quantity is, at all times during the year.
